At 23, I sat a founder in a room, covered the walls in paper, and pulled every idea out of their head — shaping it into a plan that led to contracts with the London Olympics, King’s Cross Granary Square, the Co-op HQ, and more.
That mix of creative thinking and grounded execution is still at the heart of what I do: helping business owners bring order to growth, clarity to chaos, and structure to the next chapter of their business.
